SHIPPING&RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund you have to return the product/item within 10 days from your shipping date. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from NFT, you can return or exchange the item within 10 days of your shipping date without fees.
Please note that items may not be returned or exchanged after 10 days of your shipping date. After 10 days of your shipping date items are not eligible for a refund or exchangeable. Returns and exchanges received after 10 days from your shipping date will not be accepted.
After NFT receives your item(s) our team of professionals will inspect the item(s). Returned items must not bet wrong, damaged, or defective. Items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Shipping cost of returned items are non-refundable. Once the items are received and accepted returns are going to be refunded to the original payment of source.
Wrong, Damaged, OR Defective
Returned items that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in material or craftmanship please contact our customer support team by e-mailing nftdesigns1@gmail.com or complete the return form within 10 days of your shipping date. NFT reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns regardless whether the customer has a receipt. NFT is not responsible for stolen or lost items once item(s) are delivered to customer.
